Cancellation after 6 hours will attract a 25% deduction of total fare.
No-show (driver arrives but rider does not) will be charged 50% of booking amount.
2. Airport Transfers
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before ride time.
After 12 hours, 50% fare deduction applies.
No-show at airport pickup/drop – 100% charge applicable.
3. Outstation Trips
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
Cancellation after 24 hours – 50% deduction of advance amount.
Last-minute cancellation (within 6 hours of ride) – No refund.
4. Corporate/Business Bookings
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before scheduled travel.
After 48 hours, a flat 50% charge applies.

1. Refund Eligibility
Advance payments made via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit cards, or Wallets are eligible for refunds as per cancellation rules.
